> Friendly, helpful and supportive staff.
> Advanced Technology.
Named one of the "Most Wired Hospitals in the US" by "Hospitals & Health Networks" magazine.
> Our size.
Referred to by some as the best "big little hospital." You get the close-knit atmosphere, extra patient care time, and pedestrian ease you want from a small hospital—with the added bonus of big-hospital technology, stability and growth.
> Our "Patient's First" philosophy.
"Patient's First" is a commitment that all hospital associates make to our patients and family members as well as to each other. This is based on six core behavioral commitments of: attitude/demeanor, respect, teamwork, accountability, communication, and dedication to excellence.
> A Learning Environment.
Although we are not technically a "teaching hospital," we offer students a great learning experience in nursing, respiratory, rehabilitation and diagnostic imaging.
At Hancock Regional Hospital, we value what our students off to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to work with them as colleagues.
We offer many classes that are open to any of our students to expand their education. Some of the classes we offer are Critical Care Course, CPR, ACLS, PALS, and Telemetry—and there are many others.
We look forward to continuing our education and relationships with the students joining HRH.
